As part of our continued growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS Engineer to support our projects in Riyadh and across the region.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ALC (Automated Logic Control) Building Management Systems (BMS) for various projects in Riyadh. The role requires expertise in BMS programming, troubleshooting, and system integration with HVAC and other building automation components. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing installations, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems while ensuring seamless operation and compliance with technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design, configure, and commission ALC Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring high operational efficiency.
-Develop control logic, system architecture, and network configurations for BMS solutions.
-Conduct advanced system integration and troubleshooting across various platforms.
-Work with BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocols for seamless device communication.
-Lead BMS installation projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
-Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to enhance system functionality.
-Perform system diagnostics, performance monitoring, and energy efficiency analysis.
-Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
-Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, industry regulations, and operational safety protocols.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
-A minimum of 5 – 7 years of direct experience in BMS design, installation, programming, and commissioning.
-Proven expertise in Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Honeywell BMS platforms (certifications preferred).
-Strong background in Niagara Framework (Tridium), third-party system integration, and troubleshooting.
-Deep understanding of HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, FCUs, and VAVs) and their integration with BMS.
-Strong knowledge of network protocols and cybersecurity principles in BMS applications.
-Experience with data logging, system analytics, and energy-saving methodologies.
-Sound understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity practices related to BMS.
