Job Responsibilities:
- Project Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for engineering projects, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses.
- Tendering & Bidding: Develop competitive bids and proposals based on project specifications.
- Quantity Takeoff: Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine material quantities and costs.
- Budget Analysis: Assess project budgets and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors for bidding purposes.
- Cost Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project costs and provide financial reports to management.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure cost estimates align with industry standards and contractual obligations.
