Key Responsibilities:
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and technical inputs.
• Develop and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
• Support the project team in budgeting and cost control.
• Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in construction or oil & gas.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
