Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Handle billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff records.
Prepare reports and manage documentation as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.
Immediate availability preferred.
