Responsibilities:
Work closely with students who have special needs or require additional support.
Observe and assist students during classroom activities.
Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under supervision.
Provide one-on-one support to help students achieve learning goals.
Assist teachers with classroom management and activities.
Report on student progress and behavior.
Support social and emotional development of students.
Maintain confidentiality and promote a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
Experience working with children with special needs.
Patience, understanding, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
Knowledge of inclusive education strategies.
Immediate availability preferred.
