Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities
• Track progress and deadlines
• Assist in preparing project documents and reports
• Follow up with team members and vendors
• Help organize meetings and take meeting notes
• preparing technical and financial proposals for projects and tenders.
• Support the technical team in planning and execution
• Report project updates to management
• client relation
• vendor relation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in person, remotely, or by phone
• Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions
• Ensure timely response to support requests and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (IT, Engineering, or related field preferred)
• Knowledge of computer science fundamentals and computing industry
• Familiar with Linux system operation and applications
• Experience with computer trouble shooting and able to use basic measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Understanding of NVIDIA JetPack SDK is a plus
• Good communication and organization skills
• Basic understanding of technical terms and tools
• Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in project coordination is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Technical Support
• Able to work on site and support remotely
• Understanding custom clearance
• Understanding saber platform is a plus
• Mange procurement and logistics
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must.
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and technical needs
