· Analyse, debug, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
· Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
· Develop minor enhancements and bug fixes for existing applications.
· Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
· Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational runbooks.
· Ensures the developed code covers the non-functional requirements, including performance, security, auditing and integrity
· Work well within a team and always work for team success by supporting other team members, constructively acting on feedback, and identifying challenging opportunities that enhance career growth.
· Able to interact with various stakeholders and work with cross-technical teams across the design, coding, testing, production deployment, and third-party product implementation processes.
