Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
Handle guest inquiries and provide personalized recommendations
Manage reservations, VIP services, and guest feedback
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
Gather guest feedback to enhance service quality

Qualifications:

Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and other languages is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
