Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments on-site
Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate safety training sessions for staff and contractors
Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations
Maintain safety documentation and reports
Promote safety awareness and best practices among team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
Relevant safety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred
4+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries
Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to assess and mitigate safety risks effectively
