Call Center Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries, update account information, and notify customers of relevant promotions or events.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Providing accurate information and directing customers to appropriate resources when needed.
• Collaborating with other departments to quickly resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current on company products, services, and policies.
Requirements :
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle various customer personalities and maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
