Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company business goals and targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
Provide regular team performance reports and insights to senior management.
Follow up on all team’s clients/brokerage visit and activities to maximize sales opportunities.
Effectively consult with potential clients/brokerage and advising on various aspects of the projects and investment options in line with their requirements.
Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding the assigned targets and manage KPIs.
Provide guidlines to the team to market, promote and sell off plan properties.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Foster strong client and brokerage relationships to lead and drive business growth.

Qualifications and Experties:

Master/Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in Dubai Off-Plan property sales and team strategies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Real Estate Developer as Team leader/Sales Manager.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Candidates with a background in Real Estate Development in UAE are only preferred.
Well-organised and proficient with CRM and digital tools.

Indian & Pakistani Female candidates are preferred who can join immediately.
