Business Development Manager

Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives in the steel and aluminium industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers to enhance our market position and capitalize on emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitive intelligence to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our products, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and business development KPIs to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and technological advancements relevant to the steel and aluminium sector.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the steel and aluminium industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Strong technical knowledge of steel and aluminium products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans, prioritize initiatives, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and financial modeling.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
