Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications regularly.
Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines.
Manage construction team and assign tasks accordingly.
Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry in the UAE.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, attested in the UAE.
Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and effective time management.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and CAD tools.
