Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Monitor project progress against planned timelines.
Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure resource availability.
Prepare progress reports, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
Review and analyze project data to optimize construction phases.
Assist in procurement planning and resource allocation.
Ensure project deadlines are met within budget.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry in the UAE.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, attested in the UAE.
Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and effective time management.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and CAD tools.
