The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified medical and healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations. They manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization is staffed with competent and suitable candidates to deliver quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department managers and HR to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and healthcare job fairs.
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
Verify credentials, licenses, and references of potential hires.
Manage the offer process, negotiate employment terms, and prepare employment contracts.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future needs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in HR systems.
Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices for healthcare roles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, licensing, and credentialing processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
