Looking for a results-driven and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sourcing through multiple job portals and expertise in headhunting on LinkedIn. If you're passionate about finding top talent and building high-impact teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle across departments and functions

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job portals ( LinkedIn, Expats ,Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn headhunting

Develop strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals

Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing techniques

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles

Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs

Track recruitment metrics to optimize performance and ensure hiring efficiency

Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications
7–10 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven expertise in using multiple sourcing platforms and advanced search on LinkedIn

Strong experience in headhunting, passive candidate engagement, and networking

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
