Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations
Oversee daily site operations, including manpower, materials, and equipment management
Monitor progress of mechanical works, ensuring timely completion within budget
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to technical drawings and specifications
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other subcontractors to resolve technical issues
Report on site progress, issues, and safety incidents regularly to senior management
Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with Aramco standards and project safety protocols
Review and verify work procedures, technical documents, and work permits

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Aramco projects, preferably with EPC contractors
Strong knowledge of mechanical installation processes, safety standards, and quality assurance
Proven ability to supervise site activities and manage technical teams
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations applicable to Aramco projects
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and coordinate multiple activities
