This incumbent will be required to set up finance operations for the company in Saudi Arabia—Dammam—and be responsible for day-to-day finance operations and the full set of accounts in Saudi Arabia. He needs to follow up closely with operations on any outstanding items. Monthly, the incumbent will need to prepare management reports, explaining variances from budget. At year's end, the incumbent needs to work closely with the sales to follow Purchase orders from the company's customers.
Ensure the delivery of materials to the company's customers to issue invoices to customers.
Follow up the outstanding payments in coordination with the SALES

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain AP aging reports; process payments according to due dates.
• Assist with VAT return data preparation in compliance with ZATCA requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
Maintain accurate customer billing and receivables records.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate project invoicing.
• Perform regular customer account reconciliations.
• Generate monthly AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Record and track customer collections to ensure timely receipts.
- Process AP invoices and payment
- Monitor cash balances in the bank and ensure sufficient funds for operation.
- Handle AR invoicing and collection
- Handle day-to-day finance operations and a full set of accounts.
- Prepare account schedules
- Prepare for VAT report and submission
- Liaise with internal & external parties (e.g. Group Finance, Bankers, Auditors & etc)
- Prepare costing report and liaise with operations to ensure project profitability
- Complete monthly analysis and reporting for management.
- Responsible for annual budget process and monthly forecast process
- Ad hoc assignment assigned.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, especially in the supplier trade industry
- Experience in a full set of accounts.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Arabic and English speaking preferred
