Job Position – Used Car Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their requirements regarding used cars.
Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget.
Present and demonstrate used cars, highlighting features and benefits.
Negotiate prices, financing options, and terms of sale.
Prepare and process sales paperwork and documentation accurately.
Follow up with prospective customers to generate repeat business.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate with the service and finance departments to ensure smooth sales transactions.
Ensure the used cars are clean, well-presented, and properly documented.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School diploma or higher; additional certifications in sales or automotive industry are a plus.
Proven experience in car sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and the automotive market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
