Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair kitchen equipment such as:
Pressure fryers
Open deep-fat fryers
Sandwich grills
Flat-top grills
Chest freezers and chillers
Diagnose and fix issues related to basic electrical systems and plumbing.
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
Coordinate with operations team to minimize downtime of equipment.
Requirements:
4–6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
Basic understanding of electrical circuits and plumbing systems.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs.
