Seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner
Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
Handle mail, packages, and administrative tasks
Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 year's experience in front office or customer service
-Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
-Transferable residency visa (for local candidates only)
