Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, transportation, and other services.
Assist guests with reservations, booking tours, transportation, and event tickets.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and work area.
Assist in managing guest complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
Promote and sell hotel amenities and services when appropriate.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or concierge roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and services.
Proficiency in reservation and management software.
Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
