Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Female Arabic-speaking B2B Sales professional to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT industry sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the IT sector.
Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and nurture client relationships.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and high-quality service is delivered.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote company solutions and expand market reach.
Requirements:
3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory; good command of English is an advantage.
Strong understanding of IT products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: SAR 11,000 to SAR 12,00 per month.
