Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting glasses, contact lenses, and other optical accessories.
Explain product features, benefits, and proper usage to customers.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain knowledge of the latest optical products and trends.
Manage and organize stock, displays, and promotional materials.
Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments.
Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or higher; diploma or degree in Optical Technology or related field is a plus.
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
