Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality service and repeat business.
Build strong client relationships by addressing queries and understanding business needs.
Collect and analyze job requirements; prepare search checklists and screen candidates accordingly.
Source candidates using various platforms and verify all documents for authenticity.
Conduct interviews and manage job offers, onboarding, and post-hiring processes.
Handle visa, travel, and mobilization processes for overseas hires with admin support.
Conduct induction training and support employee engagement and HR needs.
Act as the single point of contact for clients and address replacements promptly.
Maintain accurate employee/client records both digitally and physically.
Coordinate with Admin and Finance for timesheets, invoices, and payments.
Ensure timely sharing of financial data and assist in collections where needed.
Desired Skills & Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Preferably Male candidates
Proficiency in Hindi is a must.
VISA transfer is must
