Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for real estate? Do you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have some experience in the property or telesales sector? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are a dynamic and growing real estate company looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to help expand our client base and support our property consultants. You'll be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients, investors, and tenants

Promote current property listings and services over the phone

Qualify leads and schedule viewings for the sales team

Maintain accurate call records and client information in our CRM

Follow up on inquiries and deliver excellent customer service

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements
Minimum 1 year telesales, call center, or customer service experience (real estate experience preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus
