Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
Conduct schedule analysis, identify critical activities, and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate delays.
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate schedules and ensure consistency across disciplines.
Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and prepare comprehensive progress reports and forecasts for senior management and clients.
Assist in scope and resource planning, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and materials.
Lead schedule review meetings, facilitate effective communication among project teams, and ensure timely resolution of schedule issues.
Ensure compliance with TOEKOMS Contracting Company's project management standards, contractual obligations, and industry best practices.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize project impact.
Mentor junior planning engineers and support continuous improvement of project planning processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling within construction, engineering, or oil & gas sectors.
Proven expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other scheduling tools.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and contractual frameworks.
Experience managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communicator with strong leadership qualities.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Familiarity with TOEKOMS Contracting Company's project types and standards is a plus.
