Reports to: General Manager / Director of Projects
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically capable individual to serve as the main company representative with clients leading bidding and post-award stages of civil and mechanical turnkey projects.
This role involves visiting clients, presenting company capabilities and pre-qualification initiatives, clarifying execution plans, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover to project managers and execution staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend client meetings to present and explain awarded project scope, pricing, and execution methodology.
Support estimation/bid team and execution/project management team.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Clarify technical or commercial inquiries related to the awarded bid, including timelines, resource planning, and deliverables.
Facilitate internal handover meetings and delegate responsibilities to project managers and execution engineers.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution strategies.
Identify and resolve any initial execution barriers, permitting requirements, or scope adjustments before project kick off.
Support project managers during early mobilization stages as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in project coordination, business development, or execution roles within the construction, mechanical, or industrial contracting sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in face-to-face client engagement.
Solid understanding of turnkey project lifecycle from bidding to execution.
Ability to interpret technical documents, contracts, and BOQs.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project tracking tools is a plus.
Fluent in English; Arabic language is an advantage
Preferred Attributes:
Previous experience handling Aramco or major industrial clients.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Ability to travel as needed to client sites and project locations
