About the Role:
Do you have a passion for audio-visual technology and want to play a key role in delivering seamless broadcasting and communication experiences?
Your role will see you maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize a broad range of AV equipment including audio, video, and lighting systems. You will be responsible for preparing and configuring setups for live broadcasts, recordings, and meetings, ensuring top quality performance every time.
You’ll work closely with IT teams, business units, and vendors to support and administer critical AV systems such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Video Walls, hybrid AV with MTR, and various specialized technologies.
A key part of your role will be to innovate and improve AV processes while guaranteeing system resilience and high availability.

About You:
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting audio, video, and lighting equipment, with strong skills in configuring and operating AV systems for live broadcasts and recordings.
You are equipped with expertise supporting advanced AV technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Video Walls, Barco Clickshare, and hybrid AV systems.
