In this role, you will be responsible of:
Generates mechanical maintenance reports and feedback with regards to work process, equipment failures and incidents
Expert in mechanical maintenance and actively supports related areas and other functions
Develops, updates and monitors preventive maintenance plans in accordance to manufacturer manuals and best practices
Maintains high HSE standards and seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices at all times
Develops and reviews SOWs as applicable for services and related contracts, including TAM
Ensures that equipment manufacturers standards and safety regulation are being followed resulting in quality repairs.
Contributes to department and functional policies and procedures in line with the company’s objectives
Provides coaching, guidance, training and support for more junior team members to ensure development of the necessary skills
Provides long term solutions to ensure work efficiency and productivity.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Professional/Technical certifications/accreditation in relevant discipline
5 years experience with Degree or 10 years experience with Diploma is desirable
Relevant Local Trade Certification
