The Hotel Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel brand, increase guest engagement, and drive revenue. This role oversees all internal and external communications, manages marketing campaigns, and ensures a consistent brand image across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance the hotel’s visibility and market share.
Manage the hotel's branding, advertising, and promotional activities, including digital, social media, print, and onsite campaigns.
Oversee the creation, content, and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Manage the hotel’s online presence, including website content, SEO, and online review platforms.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Plan and execute events, promotions, and partnerships to attract target audiences.
Cultivate relationships with media, travel industry partners, and community organizations.
Manage the marketing and communications budget effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience in hotel marketing, hospitality, or related industry.
