Key Accountabilities:
1- UX Design:
Design flowcharts and wireframes that illustrate ideal user journey and address specific user need and business objectives
Collaborate with UX Research to align the experience journey design, develop the journey maps based on customer insights and with customer centric design approach
Continuously map and analys E2E customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities to improve on the user experience
2- UI Design:
Develop wireframes and mockups that represent key screens, layouts, and interactions for various platforms (web, mobile, tablet).
High-Fidelity Prototyping, create interactive prototypes to simulate the end-user experience, allowing stakeholders to visualize and test design functionality.
Contribute and work with UX Researchers and UX Analytics User Testing and Feedback Integration: Conduct A/B testing or usability testing on UI designs and integrate findings to improve the user interface.
3- Graphic & Content Design:
Write clear, concise, and action-oriented microcopy for buttons, labels, tooltips, error messages, and other UI elements to guide users.
Design icons, illustrations, and other UI elements that enhance functionality and align with the brand’s visual identity.
Produce graphics for marketing materials, including banners, social media visuals, and email headers, to support promotional campaigns.
Skills:
Fluent in English
Understanding of UX principles (usability, user journey, accessibility).
Familiar with user-centered design process.
Knows wireframing and prototyping concepts.
Must know how to use Figma.
Ability to create simple graphics panels icons social media visuals.
