Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Assist in HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in HR coordination or administrative HR support preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
