Responsibilities:
Assist clients in understanding mortgage products and options.
Evaluate clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage plans.
Guide clients through the application and approval process.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and financial institutions.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.
Prepare and present mortgage proposals and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Previous experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services preferred.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations and financial products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
