Executive Secretary
Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Responsibilities :
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel
• Handle and prioritize incoming communications (phone calls, emails, letters)
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and presentations
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
• Exceptional time and resource-management skills to meet deadlines within time constraints
• Ability to prepare draft documents in a clear and concise manner
