Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival
Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
Provide information about services and amenities
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Manage reservations and bookings
Uphold company standards in guest service

Requirements:

Previous experience in front desk or guest services preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional appearance
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems is a plus
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
