Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives in electrical trading.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in electrical trading, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of the Saudi electrical market and industry standards.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
