Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle: planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
• Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Planning, Procurement, HR, etc.) to align ERP modules with business workflows
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Develop and execute a change management and training plan
• Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with data security and document control standards
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Engineering (required)
• Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
Certifications (Preferred)
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / SAP / Oracle ERP Certification
• ITIL 4 Foundation
• ERP Implementation or Business Analysis certifications
Experience Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably in the construction or engineering sector
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional ERP projects
• Familiarity with construction-specific workflows: project costing, procurement, subcontractor management, and CVR
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or CMiC
