Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall execution of the project from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project budget, procurement, and contractual obligations.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Lead project meetings, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication among all parties.
Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 8-15years) in project management within the construction or engineering sector.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
