Qualifications & Requirements:

Certification:

Aramco Approved Mechanical QC Inspector certification (valid and current)
API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector Certification (valid and current)
CBT (Computer-Based Training) completed and valid

Experience:

Proven offshore or onshore experience in Mechanical QC inspection
Familiarity with oil & gas industry standards and safety protocols

Skills:

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, pressure vessels, and related equipment
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection test plans (ITPs)
Excellent documentation, report writing, and communication skills

Job Summary:

Seeking highly experienced Mechanical QC Inspectors with Aramco approval and API 510 certification to oversee quality assurance for mechanical works on our projects. The candidates must demonstrate strong inspection skills, knowledge of standards, and the ability to ensure compliance with client and industry requirements.

Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of mechanical installations, piping, pressure vessels, and equipment
Review and verify materials, welding, and fabrication processes
Ensure adherence to approved procedures, standards, and project specifications
Document inspection findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions
Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Support compliance with safety and environmental regulations
