F&B Reservations Agent
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities include:
• Handling customer and guest booking requests using Mandarin Oriental standards for data entry, email, and call quality.
• Proactively managing customer queries and escalations via phone and email.
• Maximizing revenue through booking conversions and upselling restaurant options.
• Completing group and event bookings and ensuring timely handover to the team.
• Staying updated with training and information to perform effectively.
• Working flexible shifts as required by the business.
• Maintaining data integrity and security of customer information.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in high-end customer service roles, face-to-face or over the phone (essential).
• Effective communication skills tailored to various customer profiles (essential).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (essential).
• Team player with knowledge of reservation systems.
• Additional languages, especially Arabic or Russian, are desirable.
• Experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
