The Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the assigned area, whether in a hotel, airline, or event setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests or passengers courteously and professionally.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining or service areas.
Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Manage and operate equipment and utensils safely.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Assist in setting up events, banquets, or onboard services.
Maintain a friendly, professional attitude at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or related service roles (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Good physical stamina and grooming standards.
