We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day project activities, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Familiarity with industrial machinery or manufacturing processes is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects from initiation to completion.
• Follow up with local and international suppliers for order updates, shipping documents, and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.
• Schedule and document meetings, deadlines, and milestones.
• Anticipate potential delays or issues and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in data entry and updates in CRM/ERP or tracking systems, ODOO.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Background in Mechanical Engineering or education in a related technical field is a plus, especially for candidates with exposure to manufacturing or machinery-related industries.
• Knowledge on ERP Software, ODOO, in Manufacturing, Sales and Inventory.
• Previous experience in project coordination, operations, or supply chain preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage follow-ups across multiple parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
