Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including breakfast items, rice dishes, curries, and snacks.
• Ensure the highest level of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently during busy schedules.
• Assist in planning and managing food production for catering services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements :
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in cooking South Indian cuisine.
• Knowledge of large-scale food production or catering is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
