Responsibilities:
Assess clients’ fitness levels and identify their goals
Design customized workout plans tailored to individual needs
Provide coaching and motivation during training sessions
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and safety
Track progress and adjust programs as necessary
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the training area
Qualifications:
Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA)
Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
Ability to motivate and inspire clients
