Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new group and MICE business opportunities
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service
Participate in sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in hotel sales, especially MICE and group sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of sales CRM tools and MS Office Suite
