Events Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Liaise with clients or internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, budgets, target audiences, and specific requirements.
• Develop comprehensive event proposals, including detailed budgets, timelines, logistics plans, and resource allocation.
• Create and maintain detailed event checklists to track progress and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure competitive rates and high-quality services.
• Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to approved spending limits.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodation.
• Manage on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate event records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health and safety standards.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in event planning and execution, demonstrating a track record of successful event delivery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial tracking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of event management software and tools is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
