Real Estate Supervisor / Property Supervisor

Job Location : Kuwait

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of real estate properties, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely responses to tenant requests.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses and monitoring financial performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
• Supervise and train property management staff, fostering professional development.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for property services.
