Key Responsibilities:
Conduct HSE training sessions for employees and contractors.
Develop and update training materials and programs in line with industry standards and company policies.
Assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia's safety regulations and international best practices.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.
Promote safety awareness and a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of relevant HSE training experience.
TTT (Train the Trainer) certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in HSE (NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is preferred.
