Quantity Surveying:
Prepare and analyze cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
Conduct cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting on projects.
Value engineering and cost optimization to maximize project profitability.
Assist in contractual negotiations and claim management.
Monitor, verify, and evaluate variations and change orders.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure scope compliance.
Prepare and submit final accounts and cost reports.
AutoCAD Drafting & Design:
Create, modify, and review technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop accurate drawings.
Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications and standards.
Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and documentation.
Microsoft Office Skills:
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Utilize Excel for data analysis, cost tracking, and project scheduling.
Support project teams with administrative and documentation tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Quantity Surveyor and AutoCAD Operator.
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, and contract management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D drafting).
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Familiarity with project management software and ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
